Posted: Updated:
(KHQ MD)- Bone broth has been around for longer than many of us can remember, but now the food staple is steadily becoming the latest trend for foodies and those looking to lead healthier lifestyles. In some places across the United States, bone broth has replaced espresso and other caffeinated beverages as the go to drink of choice.

Believers in what may soon be called the next superfood say bone broth helps relieve bone, stomach and skin ailments, but medical experts haven't confirmed these claims to be 100% true. One thing is for sure, the surge of popularity in bone broth is bringing big profits to businesses.
