Ohio murder suspect arrested in Washington by US Marshals

SPOKANE, Wash. - The U.S. Marshals led Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force along with Spokane City PAC and Spokane SWAT arrested a 29-year-old man on a warrant for murder and additional charges Monday afternoon.

A warrant was first issued out of Ohio for Harrington on May 7 of last year. The warrant was for aggravated murder, murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault and weapons under disability.

On Sunday, the PNVOTF was contacted by the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team in locating and apprehending Harrington. He was taken into custody without incident Monday at a house at 1708 W. Courtland.
