    PULLMAN, Wash. - Pullman Police say a 6-year-old boy has passed away due to injuries suffered in a bicycle crash on Sunday.  Family says Denny Curran died a 6:30 a.m. Monday. He was hospitalized following a crash near Short Street and Parr Drive the day before. Pullman Police confirmed the boy passed away in a Facebook post.

    YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) - Police say a man who was assaulting a woman in Yakima is dead after he was struck with a baton or baseball bat as witnesses intervened.    Authorities say the fight happened late Sunday night outside the Connections Transitional Apartments. Officers arrived to find a 57-year-old man who lived at the complex sitting outside with a head injury. He died at a hospital.

According to court documents, several men contacted authorities about the parlor, Space Oil Massage, and told them that the women who worked there asked them in private to call 911 because they were being forced to perform sex acts against their will.

    MENASHA, Wis. - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has released some jaw-dropping video showing a bicyclist who fell through a gap of a drawbridge as it was being raised to let a boat through.  The incident happened on July 4 after a fireworks show in Menasha, Wisconsin. The video shows the warning gates closed with lights flashing on the Racine Street Bridge as a woman on a bicycle rode past the gates and then fell through the gap.

    A fisherman in Corpus Christi, Texas caught a very large shark, he says with the intentions of returning it to the ocean. However, it didn't work out as planned.  The giant hammerhead shark began dying before the catch and release effort was complete.  The fisherman, reeled in the 14-foot shark, measure it, and took photos.  The photos he posted on social media sparked controversy.  He says the sharks health began to fail when he tried to release it.

    It's getting more crowded around Jupiter. A team of astronomers is reporting the discovery of a dozen new moons circling the giant gas planet.    That brings the number of moons at Jupiter to 79, the most of any planet. Saturn is next with 61.    The astronomers were looking for objects on the fringes of the solar system when they spotted the Jupiter moons. They found a dozen small moons. The confirmation of 10 was announced Tuesday; two were confirmed earlier.
