Many women struggle to feel sexy and beautiful, especially after having a baby. Certain areas that used to be tight, suddenly start to hang a little and many women have to deal with stretch marks as well. Well one mother of three is trying to change the idea of beauty and empower women to embrace their imperfections. Rachel Hollis has received almost 20,000 comments after posting a photo of herself on Facebook in her bikini despite her stretch marks and flabby stomach.

She posted the photo saying, "I have stretch marks and I wear a bikini. I have a belly that's permanently flabby from carrying three giant babies and I wear a bikini. My belly button is saggy... (which is something I didn't even know was possible before!!) and I wear a bikini. I wear a bikini because I'm proud of this body and every mark on it. Those marks prove that I was blessed enough to carry my babies and that flabby tummy means I worked hard to lose what weight I could. I wear a bikini because the only man who's opinion matters knows what I went through to look this way. That same man says he's never seen anything sexier than my body, marks and all. They aren't scars ladies, they're stripes and you've earned them. Flaunt that body with pride!"

Hopefully her photo empowers you to stop with the negative talk and embrace your body just the way it is. Husbands can learn something from this too - remember what your wife went through to bring your children into the world and remind her how beautiful she is despite the marks that bearing a child has left on her body.
