UPDATE: 12:00 p.m. Tuesday:

All evacuation levels will be lowered to Level 1.

The road to Broadview remains closed except to residents.

The Red Cross shelter will be relocated to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church at 5th & Western this afternoon and will remain open Tuesday evening.

There is a community meeting planned for 7:00 pm Tuesday at Foothills Elementary.

You are now able to get into the Hawley, Miller, Walla Walla Street areas. There are still road blocks, but they are letting people into those areas now.

There is an active investigation on the cause of the fire, there is a high probability that this is human caused, not necessarily intentional, but human caused, according to Chelan County Emergency Management. DNR Fire Investigators will be working with the Chelan County Sheriffs Office on the investigation.

Evacuations are listed in the following order of importance:

Level 1 evacuations are an alert. Residents should be aware of the danger that exists, and monitor local media outlets for information. Residents with special needs, or those with pets or livestock, should take note and make preparations for relocating family members, pets, and livestock.

Level 2 evacuations indicate there is a significant risk to your area, and residents should either voluntarily relocate to a shelter or with family/friends outside of the area, or, be ready to leave at a moments notice.

Level 3 means danger is currently affecting your area or is imminent, and you should leave immediately.
