On Monday, a 26-year-old nightmare came to an end for Michaelle Dierich. It came on the heels of news that fugitive Paul Jackson had been arrested in Guadalajara, Mexico. Jackson was wanted for a kidnap and torture case out of Hillsboro, Oregon. Jackson's been on the run since 1991, but Dierich met him in 1988 when she was prostituting in Portland.

"I was living a different lifestyle," says Dierich.

Dierich was taken to a home in Hillsboro where she was handcuffed, raped and abused for a week.

"It didn't stop, seven days, seven nights," says Dierich. "My emotions went from hoping they're not going to kill me to how can I kill myself. Because the torture was unbearable, unspeakable and unbearable."

Dierich says her tormentors were Paul Jackson and his half brother Vance Roberts. After a week of abuse they simply let Dierich go.

"I wasn't sure if it was a cruel joke. I wasn't sure if Vance Roberts would come back around the corner and try to kill me," says Dierich.

For more than 20 years, Dierich lived in fear. She was afraid one of the men would come back for her. In that time, the brothers were arrested in 1990, but they disappeared after they posted bail. In 1991, Police searched the Hillsboro home and found evidence to suggest there may be at least tenmore victims.  Roberts turned himself in in 2006 and is currently serving a 108 year prison sentence. Now that Jackson has finally been arrested, this dark chapter in Dierich's life can finally be closed.

"I'm thankful that nobody else could be injured by them anymore."
