ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -

Authorities in New Jersey say they've arrested a man captured on video knocking out a woman with a punch to the face.

Atlantic City police say 25-year-old Iben Hunter, whose name has also been spelled Ibn, was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated assault in the Saturday attack.

Police say the video posted to Facebook and later shared with police shows Hunter punching the 45-year-old woman in the face while she sat in a public park.

The man on the video says that's what happens when someone says he isn't going to hit them. The unidentified woman later regained consciousness and is listed in critical condition at a hospital with a serious head injury.

Hunter is being held on $100,000 bail at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.

Hunter has a record according to the Press of Atlantic City, leading back to cocaine possession when he was 16 years old that resulted in a suspended sentence at the Training School for Boys and probation until he turned 18, according to information released by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office at the time.

Court records show he also has five adult convictions, involving charges related to drugs and theft.

SPOKANE, Wash. - Crime is becoming a growing concern in parts of downtown Spokane-- and police are getting all to familiar with it. The worse it gets, the fewer people want to spend time there-- which only creates a vicious cycle. Tonight while while we were in the downtown neighborhood, we saw firsthand what businesses and police are worried about and say they see every day. "I think most areas are overall safe," Officer John O'Brien
