SPOKANE, Wash. -

The 15-year-old accused of running a prostitution ring with his 17-year-old brother made a court appearance Tuesday morning. 

15-year-old Dionte Hunter has been charged with the following: 

  • Charge 1: Exploiting a minor for sexual purposes
  • Charge 2: Possession of depictions of minors
  • Charge 3: Dealing sexually explicit material
  • Charge 4: Promoting travel for the purpose of sex with minors
  • Charge 5: Promoting sex with minors
  • Charge 6: Conspiracy to promote travel for the purpose of sex with minors
  • Charge 7: First Degree Robbery

Mother of teens charged in prostitution ring speaks

Dionte was in court Tuesday morning, however his case was continued to Wednesday afternoon. Police say Dionte and Thaishaun were pimping out girls, some as young as 14-years-old. Police say Dionte was using backpage.com to advertise the girls and send them out on calls. 

Thaishaun made his court appearance on Friday, and his trial was set for November 9, 2015.

  • Charge 8: Promoting commercial sex abuse of a minor
  • Charge 9: Leading organized crime
  • Charge 10: Promoting prostitution
  • Charge 11: Conspiracy to promote commercial sex abuse of a minor

    MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A Minneapolis day care owner has pleaded guilty to trying to kill a toddler in her home.    Forty-three-year-old Nataliia Karia entered the plea to attempted murder and third-degree assault. She also pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular operation of a vehicle for hitting a pedestrian, a bicyclist and another driver as she fled from her home in a minivan.
