KHQ.com -

The collective Twitterverse is tearing up and calling their relatives thanks to one Tweet from an Oklahoma college student that's gone viral. Kelsey Harmon posted a photo of her 'papaw' eating a burger and looking disappointed. Papaw made burgers for his six grandkids and only Kelsey showed up for dinner. Since it was tweeted Thursday evening, it has skyrocketed in popularity with almost 150,000 retweets and over 200,000 likes.

Following Kelsey's original tweet, some people went as far as to threaten the other grandkids in the family for not showing up. Eventually another invited dinner guest, Brock Harmon showed to the dinner.

"Papaw said he forgives me and wants all of you to know y'all are awesome for making him famous," Brock said in a follow up tweet.

Hundreds tweeted about the picture of Papaw breaking their heart. But it seems like Papaw has recovered just fine.

Either way, it's a good reminder to get in touch with your relatives. Sorry Papaw!
