It's no secret that criminals will wear disguises while committing crimes. Most criminals these days go with the cliche ski mask and dark clothing. However, one man who robbed a Spokane Valley gas station early Friday morning decided to get a little more "original" with it.

Spokane Valley Sheriff's Deputies say two men walked into the Hico Village at 1201 N. Barker Road at around 3:40 a.m. with handguns and demanded cigarettes and money. They then fled the scene.

Suspect #1 was pretty run of the mill. He was white, 5'11", wearing a grey hoodie, shorts and possibly had reddish, "frizzy" hair.

Suspect #2 was also white, 6'0" and about 220 pounds. His clothing was a little but more distinguishable, however. Suspect #2 was wearing a black shirt, black leather vest and cowboy hat, blue jeans and dark boots.

They fled on foot (not horseback) and deputies say they may be "associated with a dark colored SUV, possibly a dark green or black Jeep Cherokee or Ford Explorer.

Deputies say the suspects pointed handguns at the employee and should be considered dangerous.

Anyone who can help identify these suspects, or has information regarding this incident, is asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233 or 911.
