SPOKANE, Wash. -

If you thought it felt a little warmer in the Inland Northwest this Spring, you're not wrong according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

NOAA says Washington State experienced its second warmest Spring in recorded history this year. Oregon also had its third warmest, while Alaska experienced their warmest spring on record with an average temperature of 32 degrees. Every state had a spring temperature that was above average. Fifteen states observed much-above-average temperatures. The highest spring temperatures, relative to history, occurred in the Northwest and much of the northern tier.
