Additional details released on deadly Coeur d'Alene Lake boat collision

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -

The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office released additional details Friday morning on a boat crash that took the lives of three people last weekend. 

The crash happened last Saturday night when a 2011 Mastercraft heading south near Threemile Point crashed into a 1989 Formula 223LS  that the Sheriff's Department says was either stationary or northbound at the time. Five adults on the Mastercraft were taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. They were released. 

The Sheriff's Department says all three adults aboard the Formula were killed in the crash. Their bodies were recovered from the lake days later and autopsies were conducted on Thursday, though results and toxicology reports won't be available for weeks They have been identified as Justin M. Luhr 34 years old of Medical Lake, Washington, and his two passengers, Justin T. Honken, 21 years old of Post Falls, Idaho and Caitlin A. Breeze, 21 years old of Spokane, Washington. 

On Friday, the Sheriff's Office released the names of the five people on the other boat involved. They have been identified as Dennis D. Magner, 50 years old of Spokane, WA, Jonathan C. Sweat, 40 years old of Spokane, WA, Alejanero M. Gutierriz, 33 years old of Arlington, WA, Skye S. Neversorry, 24 years old of Spokane, WA and Paige L. Archer, 25 years old of Hayden, ID. The Sheriff's Office did not identify who was driving the boat when the crash happened. 

Kootenai County Sheriff’s investigators are seeking the public’s assistance with the investigation. Although the Sheriff’s Office has been receiving a few tips from the public, they are asking for more. If anyone has information regarding this crash, the events leading up to it, or any video from security cameras between Carlin Bay and the crash site, they are asked to contact Detective Jackson at (208)446-2256.     A New Orleans-area man has admitted keeping an autistic relative captive in a tent, a shed and a cage installed for animals. Jody Lambert of Amite also admitted shoving the woman to the ground, regularly insulting and threatening her, and knowing about other physical and emotional abuse.  As part of a plea agreement, Lambert pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of civil rights conspiracy.
