K27 Forever concert raises money for Sgt. Moore memorial

Posted: Updated:
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -

Community members are gathering at McEuen Park Sunday evening for a concert to raise money for the Sgt. Greg Moore Memorial Fund.

Sgt. Moore with the Coeur d’Alene police was killed in the line of duty in May of 2015. His death deeply impacted the community, and now they’re rising above to create a memorial in his honor.

That memorial will go in McEuen Park. It’s called the K27 Forever Thin Blue Line Memorial River, and it’ll honor Sgt. Moore’s and all fallen officers’ lives, recognizing what they have done for the community. The stream will have three waterfalls – Respect, Honor, and Remember.

If you missed the concert, but would still like to donate, you can go to k27forever.com to help the cause.

NOT in a microwave. For this reason a new prank-challenge going around on Facebook is resulting in some hilarious text conversations between mothers and their grown children.
