While listed as "off the market", details on Santa's North Pole compound are available online.

The listing on Zillow shows that Santa is looking to unload his 25 acre North Pole property, complete with a toy workshop and reindeer stables, for a reasonable $656,957.

The listing says the home was built in the 1800s out of old-growth timber logged on site, but now offers modern-day amenities, thanks to a 2013 renovation. And talk about sweat equity! The 2013 renovation added nearly $200,000 value to the home! Great investment, Santa!

Other features include 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sleigh parking garage and a river rock fireplace.

If Santa is looking to get away during the offseason, Zillow estimates he can rent it out for about $3,300 a month.
