TONIGHT: Where you can watch Gonzaga basketball

Posted: Updated:
SPOKANE, Wash. -

We're in that weird time of year where there are a bunch of sports going on at once. Tonight (Thursday, December 1) is one of those nights where we have two major sporting events going on at once. While we'd love to pull off some sort of Back to the Future II scenario where we can simultaneously broadcast Gonzaga basketball and NFL football on the same screen, we can't. (They don't even have those cool double ties that future Marty was wearing, why would we be able to do that?)

But we do have two channels, which makes this a lot easier. So here's where everything will be tonight:

KHQ - 5 - 8:30 p.m. - NFL Football: Dallas vs. Minnesota

SWX - 6 - 8:00 p.m. - Gonzaga basketball.

You might be wondering where you can find SWX. Glad you asked.

If you get your TV from over-the-air, SWX is channel 6.2.

If you have Comcast, SWX is channel 306 or 112 in HD.

If you have Dish or Directv: Gonzaga will be on Root Sports (contact your local provider for an exact channel).

If you have another provider, check HERE for where you can find SWX.

Go Zags!

GULF SHORES, Ala. (AP) - An Alabama police dog shown on video doing pushups with two officers is a big hit on the internet - and it's also intended as a public safety reminder.    Al.com reports that Nitro is a 2-year-old Dutch Shepherd who joined the Gulf Shores Police Department's canine unit in February. In a video police posted to social media, the dog raises up and down as the song "Eye of the Tiger" plays in the background.

Many of us have them, others see them waving from businesses, flagpoles, or homes. We’re talking about the American Flag. On Monday, a Spokane man was told to take his down, along with a United States Air Force flag. The flags were hanging above Nicholas Magee’s balcony at the Deer Run Apartments in North Spokane. “It’s unbelievable that they would serve me that and tell me to tear down my uncles flag,” said Magee. “I would love to fly

TORONTO - As you may know by now, Wednesday is the busiest travel day of the year. According to Flight Aware's live tally, as of Wednesday afternoon there were more than 11,000 delays and nearly 500 cancellations. Dealing with those delays can be a pain, but perhaps everyone could take a cue from our neighbors to the north.
