BUCKEYE, Arizona -

An Arizona man is selling his 10-acre horse ranch in Buckeye because he says he's had enough of constant alien activity.

The Stardust Ranch is listed at $5 million and John Edmonds has owned the ranch for about 20 years. He originally bought it to start a horse rescue called Hopeful Hooves. He says since the day he and his wife moved in, they've had issues with paranormal activity.

"We'd be asleep and all of a sudden we'd feel things touching us," Edmonds said.

Edmonds believes he's had encounters with aliens and says there are two portals on the property that lead to other dimensions.

He says the ranch even has healing powers. A friend, Gail Chasin, moved to the ranch at the beginning of the year. She says when she arrived she had liver cancer, but has since been healed.

Edmonds says he knows the property isn't for everyone, but says he has no doubt that the one of a kind property will appeal to someone.

"This is a situation where you can come out if you're a qualified buyer, come out and look at it. I'll show you all the proof. You can experience it for yourself."

Are you sold? Check out the ranch's property listing, here: http://tour.circlepix.com/tour/titan/index.htm?id=4568188&lang=en&version=&curView=Gallery#.WfUO-luPJhF
