Sylvester Stallone accused of sexually assaulting a teen in the 80s

Posted: Updated:

KHQ.COM - A police report obtained by The Daily Mail shows that  Sylvester Stallone was accused of forcing a 16-year-old girl into a sex act with him and his bodyguard at a Las Vegas hotel in 1986. Stallone has denied the allegations, saying "it never happened."

Detective sergeant John Samolovitch, now retired from the  Las Vegas metro police department, was head of the sexual assault unit at the time and he confirmed to DailyMail.com ‘the copy of the police report is in fact a true copy of the original report.’

A spokesperson for Stallone says, 'This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.'

The Daily Mail has posted copies of all pages of the report that goes into explicit detail about the encounter.

According to the police report, the "girl claimed star made her give him and his bodyguard oral sex and threatened they would 'beat her head in' if she ever told." The police report alleges that the incident happened while he was filming Over the Top in Las Vegas in 1986 and that Stallone met the teenager at the former Las Vegas Hilton Hotel and she was given keys to his room.

Stallone met the girl when she stood off set of where the movie was being filmed to have him autograph a photo. That's when Stallone's body guard asked the girl what she would do if Stallone made a pass at her. She responded that she "would probably make a pass back at him."

Stallone was 40-years-old at the time and details on the encounter are incredibly vulgar, describing that the young girl was forced to give Stallone and his body guard, Michael 'Mike' De Luca, oral sex and have intercourse with De Luca.  The report also notes that  'she indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that De Luca, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn't know what she wanted to do.' You can read full details here: http://tinyurl.com/y84nkmqx

The report also states there was no actual physical force, but she did feel intimidated, uncomfortable and felt she had "no choice" in the matter with De Luca. Police say the girl said she decided not to press charges after it happened because she was both scared and humiliated and says the two men told her she wasn't allowed to say anything because both men were married and that if she ever said anything, they would have to "beat her head in."
