What do you buy the man who has everything for Christmas? How about a pair of shoes James Bond would be proud of?

Shoemaker Oliver Sweeney and luxury website VeryFirstTo.com have teamed up to create "The Secret Shoe," adorned with a secret compartment. What's inside? According to Forbes Magazine, it's packed with the kind of gadgets and gizmos that could help in everyday emergencies; from losing your jacket on a night out to being mugged, car-jacked or kidnapped.

The gadgets are hidden within the shoe and covered with the inner sole, which can be easily peeled back ensuring they remain a secret to everyone but the owner.

The secret shoe appears to be an unassuming half boot hand made from deerskin with three gadgets in each shoe chosen from a selection of twelve including the world's smallest mobile phone, miniature spy video camera, swiss army knife, gps tracking device, bank notes and a contactless payment ring.

In addition to the items hidden within the shoe, the laces themselves are made of kevlar and can act as a friction saw cutting through wood or plastic, should you ever find yourself zip-tied.

Even the soles of the shoes can be personalized with fire writing the kind of details a forgetful spy might need reminding of such as blood type or gps co-ordinates.

And the good news for the diminutive spy is their secret shoes will add two inches their height.

The bad news? A pair will cost a pretty penny. According to Forbes, they'll run you about $2,700. Being a spy isn't cheap.

SPOKANE, Wash. - Laurel or Yanny? This debate all started from an audio clip where people can’t agree what word the voice is saying. Audio specialists say that it’s a poor quality audio clip, but people hear different ranges of frequencies. Dylan Bennett tweeted an explanation ...

NORTH BEND, Wash. (AP) - Authorities say the cougar that attacked two cyclists east of Seattle, killing one of them, appears to have been emaciated. Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Police Capt. Alan Myers said Sunday that the cougar was about 100 pounds (45 kilograms), when a typical 3-year-old male in the area would be 140 to 180 pounds (63 to 81 kilograms). A necropsy will try to determine why the animal was underweight.
