North Idaho teen charged with rape of 15-year-old girl

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -

A north Idaho teenager sits behind bars after he allegedly raped a 15-year old girl.

Court documents say Alfredo Guerrero Jimenez had non-consensual sex with a girl at a party over the weekend.

The 15-year old girl told police she had “two or three” Mike’s Hard Lemonade’s, but that’s when things go south.

Documents say people at the party were forcing her to go into Guerrero-Jimenez’s room and have sex with him.

The victim even told police that she thought her actions were obvious that she didn’t want to go into the room.

Once inside, documents say Guerrero-Jimenez took off her pants and had sex with her.

Documents say the girl was then able to find a ride and leave the party.

The victim told police that she heard that Guerrero-Jimenez is currently under investigation for other rape charge.

Guerrero-Jimenez denied those accusations to the victim, documents say.

Guerrero-Jimenez now sits in the Kootenai County jail on a $75,000 bond.
