PHOTOS: Detectives release photos of persons of interest in Zip's shooting

CHENEY, Wash. -

Update: Major Crimes detectives continue to investigate a shooting that left three people injured early Saturday morning. Now investigators are asking for the public's help in finding and identified the men and one woman in recently released surveillance photos. 

Anyone with information or can help identify/locate the males or female in these photos is asked to call Detective Mike Ricketts at 509-477-6646, reference #10150813.

Update: Police say the suspect in a shooting at a Cheney Zip's is still on the run and roads in the area will be closed until at least noon while officers continue to search for them.

Police say three people are in the hospital. One of those people in critical condition. All three are expected to live.

Officers on scene say there is no threat to the public at this time.

Police are investigating after three people were shot at the Cheney Zip's early Saturday morning. The shooter remains on the run.

Officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired just before 5 AM near 1st and A Street. CPD said they discovered three people were shot. The gunman had already fled the scene.

Witnesses tell KHQ it was a chaotic scene. They say the restaurant is typically open 24/7. They recall hearing at least six or seven shots.

Major crimes detectives from the Sheriff's Office were called out to the scene. A description of the shooter is unknown. The restaurant does have security cameras.

It is Homecoming weekend for Eastern Washington University.
