Massage therapist suspended following assault allegationsPosted: Updated:
TACOMA, Wash. (AP) - The state Department of Health has suspended the licenses of a massage therapist and registered nurse after four women complained he sexually assaulted them.
Dale A. Neel has declined comment, referring calls to his lawyer, who did not respond to calls.
Neel operated Poetic Massage out of his home in Fircrest. He also worked as a registered nurse at Allenmore Hospital, where four co-workers who visited for massage therapy complained that he molested them during sessions last year.
Neel has 10 days to request a hearing and 20 to respond to the state's allegations. He is not allowed to work as a massage therapist or nurse during that time.
