Recipe from Deborah Russell of Ala.
- 2 16 oz. cans hominy, drained
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes until bubbly and brown.
