Summer Speeders: Police patrol playground areas

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police this week are paying extra attention to the City's parks and playgrounds.  The speed limits in those areas is 20 miles an hour.  And unlike school zones, the lower speed limit remains in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
