BEIRUT, Lebanon - Hezbollah leader Sheik Hassan Nasrallah has offered in a taped television speech to stop firing rockets on Israeli cities if Israel stops attacks on Lebanese towns. He also threatened to fire rockets at Tel Aviv if Beirut itself is attacked.

Officials with the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency say they are using a series of filters and other tools to measure the air quality index.
