SPOKANE, Wash.  - The unranked Gonzaga Bulldogs bounced back from their disappointing loss in the NIT Season Tip-Off tournament championship by beating Idaho 76 to 51 Sunday in Spokane.

Derek Raivio scored 24 points and Josh Heytvelt added 16 points and 11 rebounds as the Bulldogs ran their record to 6 and 1. Raivio sank four of six 3-point attempts and all six of his free throws to help Gonzaga extend the nation's longest home winning streak to 43 games.

Gonzaga led 43 to 28 at halftime. Gonzaga shot a season-low 44.8 percent from the field, but held Idaho to 38.5 percent. The Bulldogs converted 18 of 23 free throws compared with 3 of 8 for Idaho.

In Friday night's NIT Season Tip-Off title game, Gonzaga fell to Butler 79 to 71. The Bulldogs upset No. 2 North Carolina in the NIT tournament semifinals at New York's Madison Square Garden.
