SPOKANE, Wash.- Spokane Police department responded to an incident that occurred at 11:36 Monday night in Browne's Addition across the street for the Rosaures grocery store. A KHQ employee happened to be driving by and was told by police they were responding to a report of a man with a gun. He took this video with his digital camera.
Apartment tenants at 1712 W. 2nd Ave. called police to report an intoxicated resident yelling and making threats to kill his neighbors. He said he would get a gun and kill them.
When police arrived James M. Bates, 22, was arrested without incident and booked for two counts of felony harassment.
