KIRKLAND, Wash. - It's still a game-day decision whether the Seattle Seahawks will have wide receiver D.J. Hackett against the St. Louis Rams Sunday at Qwest Field. Hackett suffered a high right ankle sprain in the opening quarter of the Seahawks' regular-season opener and has not played since. He returned to practice this week.
Coach Mike Holmgren says he's not sure about Hackett's status yet. Although Holmgren hopes Hackett can play, he points out that Hackett hasn't practiced a lot.
Hackett beat out Nate Burleson during the exhibition for a starting job.
Seahawks tight end Marcus Pollard was listed as questionable this week because of a sore knee, but he practiced Friday and should play against the Rams.
The Seahawks are 8.5-point favorites this week to end a two-game losing streak that has evened their record at 3-3. The Rams are winless in their first six games.
