SEATTLE, Wash. - Matt Hasselbeck passed for 337 yards and two touchdowns Sunday as the Seattle Seahawks beat Chicago, 30-23. The win means Seattle maintains its one-game lead over Arizona in the NFC West.
The key play came in the fourth quarter, with the Bears down 27-20. Bears quarterback Rex Grossman drove his team into Seattle territory, but was caught from behind by Patrick Kerney, who ripped the ball from his hand. Seattle's Darryl Tapp recovered the fumble at the Seattle 47.
The Seahawks turned that into Josh Brown's clinching field goal from 46 yards with 3:36 remaining.
Seattle's defense sacked Grossman five times, all in the second half.
Hasselbeck completed 30 for 44 passes. It was his third 300-yard passing game this season.
