Frerotte drove the Rams from their own 42 with just over a minute to play to the Seattle 4. He missed a wide open Isaac Bruce on first down before the fourth down miscue. Frerotte was filling in for starter Marc Bulger who left the game in the first quarter with a concussion.
Matt Hasselbeck was 21-of-38 for 249 yards and a touchdown for the Seahawks who improved to 7-and-4. Leonard Weaver's 4-yard scoring run with just under 6 minutes to play put Seattle on top for the first time.
