SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - Central Valley clinched a playoff spot with a 20 - 10 win over Mead Thursday night.

The Bears finish the regular season 7-1 in the GSL and 8-1 overall.  Whether they're the number one or number 2 seed depends on the Ferris' outcome at University High School Friday night.

Mead controlled the game early on, running for nearly 200 yards in the first half.  Central Valley managed to run for just 15.  But then came the second half.

After the break, the Bears scored on their first position when Taylor Price ran into the end zone from 10 yards out.  The drive included two passes from Blake Bledsoe to Greg Barnes totaling 32 yards.  Bledsoe would end the night with 195 yards passing.
