Free E-Waste Recycling Huge Success

Spokane, Wash. -- Today's free E-Waste recycling event was such a success organizers were forced to end it early.  In just six hours more than 2,000 vehicles showed up to drop off old computers, TV's, printers, scanners, and other electronic devices.

Huppins in partnership with Sony hosted the Free E-Waste Recycling Event.  It was the first of it's kind in the Spokane area.

Starting January 1st, it will be a Washington State Law that there be free E-Waste recycling.

If E-Waste is not properly recycled it can become a health and environmental hazard because of toxic chemicals and pollutants.
