Zags drop four spots to No. 8 in latest poll

SPOKANE, Wash. - Gonzaga dropped to No. 8 in the latest Associated Press college basketball poll.  The Zags lost to Arizona 69-64 on Sunday.

Replacing Gonzaga this week is Oklahoma, which moved up from No. 5.  North Carolina, Connecticut and Pittsburgh take the top 3 spots.

Texas, Duke, Xavier, Louisville and Wake Forest round out the top ten.

Clemson, which is off to a 10-0 start for the fourth straight season, was the week's lone newcomer, moving in at No. 25. The Tigers replaced defending national champion Kansas (7-2), which lost to Massachusetts on Saturday and fell out of the rankings for the second time this season.

The Big East had a record eight teams in the Top 25 for the third straight week.
