Researchers in the U-K say rigorous workouts lasting as little as three minutes may help prevent Diabetes by helping control blood sugar.
Doctors had sixteen out-of-shape men ride an exercise bike four times a day in thirty second spurts.
After two weeks, the men improved how their body handles blood sugar by twenty-three percent.
The affect even lasted up to ten days after the last round of exercise.
