LAS VEGAS - The Gonzaga women return to action on Monday, hoping to earn their second West Coast Conference title in three years.  They face No. 6 seed San Diego at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas at noon.

The Zags reached the conference championship game for the third-straight season by defeating Loyola Marymount 74-63 on Sunday.  Three Bulldogs scored in double figures.  Courtney Vandersloot scored a game-high 21 points and dished out eight assists.  Ten of the reigning WCC Player of the Year came from the free throw line.

As a team, Gonzaga shot better than 54 percent from the field, including 4-for-11 from the 3-point line.   On defense, the Zags held the Lions to just 30.3 percent shooting.
