North Idaho College's American Indian Student Alliance presents Round Dance! A Round Dance is a social gathering where all in attendance are invited to dance in a circle around traditional drummers or hand drummers. Come appreciate the regalia of the exposition dancers and the emotional power of the music. People from all walks of life will be encouraged to dance together. We invite our whole community to join us in celebrating American Indian Heritage with this FREE family event to include a hands-on children’s arts and crafts area, community resource vendors, and Indian tacos on sale to support NIC scholarships. Enjoy: Drum Group "Otter Creek & Bad Canyon" Hand Drum Singers "Sonny Doney & Thomas Kickingwoman" Native Dance Exhibition "Many White Horses" Master of Ceremonies: Sam Whiteman Sr. Area Director: Dave Meltingtallow The event is FREE and Family Friendly!
