Armed bank robbery in Spokane Valley STCU; Suspect shot by bank customer

Spokane Valley deputies are responding to a report of an armed robbery near 32nd and Pines at STCU. 

Deputies are currently searching for the suspect and have a perimeter set up. Initial reports from the Spokane County Sheriff's Office is that the robber was shot by a bank customer in the either the arm or the shoulder. 

The suspect is described as white, 5'8" to 5'10" wearing a grey shirt with red writing and a blue bandana around his face.

A perimeter was set up to find the suspect, but deputies were unsuccessful. The Sheriff's Office issued an alert for the area and ask anyone who knows or sees anything to call 911.
