Deputies in Shoshone County reported Saturday that while conducting search and rescue efforts on the Coeur d'Alene River, a body was found.

Shoshone County deputies located the body east of the Cataldo boat launch in Kootenai County and immediately contacted Kootenai County deputies, who responded and were processing the scene Saturday.

The Shoshone County Sheriff's Office says the body is not believed to be related to Friday's search efforts, following a report from a fisherman who said he spotted a body floating in the river.

Deputies say it's not clear as of Saturday whether the body recovered is that of Lionel Harding-Thomas. Harding-Thomas went missing in April and was last seen in Elizabeth Park. Kootenai County is working on the identification process.
