KHQ - Is this dad a talented idiot, was he trying to help his team, or was he trying to protect his son? Whatever the reason, the one-handed catch made by Cubs fan Keith Hartley while he held and bottle fed his son in the other hand was no doubt impressive. Hartley got to the ball and made the catch a split second before Dodgers' first baseman Adrian Gonzalez. The catch was ruled fan interference, giving the Dodgers a 3rd out, ending the inning.
L.A. Dodgers then took a photo of the fan catch and tweeted it saying, "thanks for the 3rd out."
In the end though, it wasn't enough to get a win... Cubs won in a 10th inning, 1-0.
