Level 3 sex offender released in Whitman County

The Whitman County Sheriff's Office wants the public to be aware of a level 3 sex offender being released in their county. In a notification released Monday, the sheriff's office says the man is not wanted by law enforcement, and the information is intended to inform the public in order to keep them safe.

Whitman County deputies report 30-year-old Paul Anthony St. Louis will be living in the 100 block of S. Howard St. in Tekoa, Washington. 

According to official documents, in September of 2002, St. Louis, then 14, was convicted of 1st degree rape of a child after he had sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl. St. Louis also pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender in 2007. He successfully completed 24 month s of sex offender treatment.

In June of 2008 St. Louis pleaded guilty in Cowlitz County Superior Court to 3rd degree rape of a child. Documents show he had sex with a 15-year-old victim. In April of 2012, St. Louis pleaded guilty in Thurston County Superior Court to 3rd degree child Molestation.
