Fire crews are making progress in fighting a 100-acre fire, known as the Not Creative Fire, burning near Rose Lake, Idaho, about 20 miles east of Coeur d'Alene, and south of Interstate 90.
At last report the fire was 25 percent contained Sunday. About 100 firefighters are on the scene of the lightning-sparked fire strengthening fire lines. Crews plan on putting out hot spots in the fire's perimeter Sunday, while continuing to build a line around the fire.
