Robbery suspect identified by Spokane County detectives; already incarcerated

Update: Spokane County Sheriff's Office Investigative Task Force Detectives have identified the suspect from a robbery of a North Point Mini-Storage in July.

Scott Huston, 38, is already being held in the Spokane County Jail for several unrelated felony charges, and now faces several additional felony charges in connection with the robbery investigation.

Previous coverage: Spokane County Sheriff's Office Investigative Task Force Detective Lloyd Hixson is asking for the public's help identifying a robbery suspect.

The man is suspected of burglarizing or having information regarding the burglary of multiple storage units in July at North Point Mini-Storage. The facility is located at 10411 N. Nevada. Ten storage units were burglarized leading to the theft of six firearms and jewelry as well as other property.

Detective Hixson identified one suspect via surveillance video as 43-year-old Eric J. Petrin, an 18-time convicted felon.
