Shoshone County deputies suspend search for missing elderly man with MS

Update: The Shoshone County Sheriff's Office reports the search for 69-year-old Lionel Harding-Thomas has been suspended.

Harding-Thomas was reported missing late Friday night. Deputies and search and rescue crews from several different areas mobilized to search for him on Saturday and Sunday, but were unable to locate him.

Deputies said on Facebook Sunday night that the search was suspended around 4 p.m. Sunday.

Additional details weren't immediately available. As we learn more, we will update this story.

The Shoshone County Sheriff's Office reports they are searching for a missing man Saturday.

Deputies say 69-year-old Lionel Harding-Thomas was last seen around 11 p.m. Friday night in the area of Elizabeth Park.

He's described as 6 foot 1, and about 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and black sweat pants. He suffers from multiple sclerosis and has a difficult time walking without the help of a wheelchair. 

Deputies are conducting a search and rescue effort and trying to find Harding-Thomas.
