Spokane playwright brings story of Jackie Robinson to life in 'National Pastime'

Spokane Civic Theatre's resident playwright, 75-year-old Bryan Harnetiaux, wrote and produced 'National Pastime' in 1997 after reading a biography detailing the life of baseball legend Jackie Robinson. Now on the 75th anniversary of Robinson breaking the color line, and on the 75th anniversary of the Theatre, the play returns with a talented director, cast, and crew.
