KHQ.COM - Early Wednesday morning Bonner County Sheriff's deputies responded to 320 McDonald Creek Road near Blanchard, Idaho, to assist the Spirit Lake Fire Department with a fully-engulfed structure fire.
When deputies arrived, the homeowner, 66-year-old Robert Sands, indicated that he believed his wife, 52-year-old Mary Sands and daughter, 23-year-old Angela Sands, may have been trapped in the residence. After the fire was extinguished, Bonner County Detectives located two bodies within the current remains of the home, believed to be Mary and Angela Sands.
