POST FALLS, Idaho - A Post Falls teenager was killed in a Sunday morning crash that left another teen injured authorities said. 17-year-old Hannah M. Rhoades was pronounced dead at the scene of the 3 a.m. crash, according to the Idaho State Police.
She had been driving eastbound along Seltice Way in Post Falls when the 1991 Toyota Corolla swerved off the road at a curve near Post Street and smashed into a tree troopers reported.
She reportedly was not wearing a seat belt.
A passenger in the car, 17-year-old Sabrina R. Runkle, was rushed to Kootenai Medical Center with unspecified injuries. The ISP said an investigation into the fatal crash is continuing.
