Motorcyclist Injured Fleeing From WSP

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - A Worley man has been indicted for assaulting two people two people on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation.

Timothy R. Allen, Jr., 19 of Worley, Idaho was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury in Coeur d'Alene for assault with a deadly weapon. An arraignment date has not been set and Allen is still in state custody.

The two-count indictment alleges on March 12th Allen assaulted Daniel Hutchins with a gun by forcefully pushing the weapon into Hutchin's body and verbally threatening him. Allen then allegedly pointed the gun at Sharleen Archer and verbally threatening her.

The charge of assault with a deadly weapon is punishable by up to ten years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.
