A wedding photographer wasn't having any of it when the bride's stepmother gets in the way. Ashley Easterling was hired to capture the special moments from Josh and Lorna Gantt's wedding in Kentucky last month. Easterling says the stepmother was getting in the way and Easterling asked her politely to move.

BLADENBORO, N.C. (AP) - A woman who took in more than two dozen dogs and cats during Hurricane Florence has been charged with practicing veterinary medicine without a license. Tammie Hedges, founder of Crazy's Claws N Paws animal rescue, was arrested Friday after 27 dogs and cats were confiscated from a temporary shelter.
A bizarre scene out of California after a man is caught on video stomping and smashing out the windows of a police SUV. Police tried to talk the 23-year-old down from the vehicle, but he refused to get off. That's when police decided close in on the suspect and pull him down. OMRO, Wis. (AP) - A Wisconsin motorist was in for a slithery surprise after his mom's sport utility vehicle began acting strangely. Chris Nguyen pulled over Wednesday night in the town of Omro and popped the SUV's hood to find a 4-foot-long python inside. Fittingly, the snake damaged the engine's serpentine belt. Omro police responded and tried to wriggle the snake from the engine.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Police in Memphis say a man stole his date's car and drove it to a date with another woman. Police say a woman reported her car stolen after Kelton Griffin went to her house to take her on a date. WMC-TV reports that Griffin stopped at a gas station and asked the woman to get him some cigars. A police report says while she was gone, he drove off in her Volvo.
